The machine table has a diameter of 2500 mm, the largest turning diameter is
2800 mm and the maximum turning length is 1200 mm. The maximum possible
workpiece weight is 25000 kg. The cross beam can be adjusted in steps of 800
(100) mm. A support is available with a crossbeam support path of +1450 mm.
The tool insert includes a hot nozzle with a cross-section of 250 x 250 mm. The
hot nozzle is fed in via a diameter of 340 mm. The interchangeable system
holder is of the type Deckel Capto C6, a milling cutter of type S1500 is used.
The hot nozzle length in the Z-axis is 1500 mm, the tool holder is ISO 50.
The special equipment includes a tool magazine, two delivery stations, a
protective device, a coolant system, a chip conveyor and a tool process
monitoring system.
The machining center is particularly suitable for milling work and the use of
CBN cutting materials.
